If the barking takes place when you’re working or at school, an anti bark collar will only add extra anxiety to your dog. If you can’t spend more time with your dog, then take it for a walk in an open space as soon as you get home. The objective is stop the “locked” feeling of the dog, while making it feel you’re there for it.
