What Are The Best Martial Arts Shoes?
ByI was a mountaineer years. The shoes you wear for these activities are very closely, and you have a minimum deviation "in the shoe. As a result of the fall a thousand times, while climbing, I really have my ankle / foot / knee. Could actually implement a given quality shoes (minimal deviation). Practico mainly internal gear (I rarely "Froggy"). Ideally, the shoes of my practice would be suitable for daily activities (walking, working, etc.). I am not "style" only practical function.
All ideas are welcome.
Thank you.

None, ALOT of martial artists practice barefoot, if your bare feet are strong, with shoes they will be even stronger!
good luck!

New Balance running shoes or crosstrainers.
They work well if you wear shoes when practicing.

There are specific shoes made for martial arts, and many pracitioners practice barefoot, but I prefer Running Sneakers. These give me the right support, and are light enough to throw quick kicks. Also, I wear similar shoes around, so you have the practicality of practicing in what you might use in a real life situation.
